Which delivery methods are available?
We offer several different delivery methods. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.

What about delivery time and delivery costs?
LYKKELAND ateliér and our logistics partners always strive to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is calculated from the moment the parcel is dispatched from our warehouse. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, an order confirmation and a receipt by email. All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse in Zealand, Denmark.

Delivery options and pricing
Parcel shop:
- Time: 2-3 business days
- Price:: 1: Free shipping if your order exceeds DKK 500. Otherwise the price is 29 DKK.
- You will receive an email with instructions once the parcel has been delivered.
- You must show valid identification when collecting the parcel.

Home delivery:
- Time: 2-3 business days
- Price: 49 DKK
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- You will receive an email/text message once the parcel has been delivered.

Business address:
- Time: 2-3 business days
- Price: 49 DKK
- The parcel is delivered to your workplace.
- You will receive an email once the parcel has been delivered.

Shipping to the countries above costs 15 EUR per parcel.

*UK costs 30 Euros in shipping per parcel.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address provided at checkout once your order has already been completed.
